A selection of Baroque pieces (of approximately Grades 4-5 standard). The aim has been to select immediately attractive pieces which are, at the same time, of educational value in style and technique. The contents are arranged roughly in order of difficulty. Each piece is followed by brief notes designed to show how the music might have been played by a Baroque violinist. With piano accompaniment. Includes pieces by Telemann, Corelli, Vivaldi and Veracini.
